Studying in Nassau

I'm moving to Bahamas with my husband at the beginning of 2020. He'll be working and I'm quite anxious about my daily life there. We don't have kids and I'm expecting a lot of free time since I won't be able to work there. Do expat wives study or take ramdon courses in Nassau? Has anybody here attended the University of Bahamas, or would recommend it?

Hi - I am just seeing your message from October 2019 (I have not been on Expat Exchange for awhile). Did you move to Nassau? Have you found a social network? I am living in Sandyport and I have been here a long time. Finding friends to connect with is difficult but I know a few women from University of Bahamas. You may want to join us for happy hour some time? Debi
