Is there any other expats here? I have not run into any yet. I read all the complaints, but people , please remember we moved here on our own choices. Yes, sometimes there is no water or electric. I have been lucky , I have some beggars. but no one causes me problems, except when trying to sell me items,, just like the states,lolol. just remember this is a poor country and most folks are just trying to raise a family and get by. I like to here from any folks here. Have a great xmas. Gary
