Impavido for leishmaniasis

hi. I have visceral leishmaniasis (the lethal type) and am taking the antimony based injections for it. But they are very painful and the amount and duration the gov't here gives is usually not enough to get rid of it. I read that miltefosine in Impavido is very effective and easy to take orally. Could someone check out if this is easily available? I would be so grateful.
