Best deal on used 4x4 vehicle?

Hola, expatriados!
I will be coming in from southern Chile soon, where I have been living for the past 2-1/2 years. I will want to get a vehicle as soon as I can. I prefer living out in the country, so probably it would be better to have a 4x4 or all-wheel drive (i.e., Subaru), if I can afford it (as the budget is sadly not infinite, hahaha).

I think the prices are higher in Chile, but one nice thing is that the Chilean government replaces their fleet of Toyota HiLux 4x4 pickups every few years or so--so each year there is a glut of red 3-year-old Toyota HiLux pickups, making them ridiculously cheap (like, $8-10,000!). Of course they have been neglected (because they are government work vehicles), but the price seems hard to beat (and I don't see how they can sell them for that!). You just go to the auction website, and scan for when they dump them on the market. (Of course I did not find out about it until after I had already bought my vehicle, haha, so I am hoping to find something similar in Colombia, if possible, haha.)

Is it possible that there is any similar kind of auction or repo website in Colombia, so I can save a few COP? Or where can one get the best deal on a used 4x4 pickup or All-Wheel-Drive (i.e., Subaru)? Thanks!
