Most recent missing report of an American was from August 8th.
Charlie Edward Hughes, 62 yo,, tourist,
last seen Aug, 3rd, Puerto Jimenez,
near Corcovado Park. American Embassy has more information.

You might mean Wm. Sean Creighton,
who was kidnapped Sept. 24, 2018.
He has not been found, but several
people remain in custody accused of
helping with the kidnap.
