Tumbaco

Hi -- My husband and I are planning to relocate to Ecuador next year. Sounds like Tumbaco could be a nice place to be, away from the city's pollution. Any information you can provide about this area would be greatly appreciated, (i.e, supermarkets, shopping malls, other services). Does Tumbaco have it all or people need to go to the city to access these services?
