Need for therapy?

Hello everyone. I have 2 separate questions here:

1) Many years ago I lived in Ecuador (Quito), and I'd love to return again in the next two years. Perhaps somewhere quieter next go around, although I loved every place I visited in Ecuador during my two years there. Since leaving Ecuador, I've become a licensed therapist (child and family therapy is my specialty). I'm wondering if there is a need for English speaking therapists anywhere in Ecuador? I don't need to make a living off of this, as I also teach online university courses. I would just like to continue helping people at an affordable price as needed. Although I love helping all people, my career for 17 years has been dedicated to children.

2)Is there a town with a large population of expat children? I also have 2 children of my own now, and one will be a teenager when we move back. We will likely homeschool so finding somewhere with a match for all of us would be great. Thank you!
