Long-stay Visa with AirBnB Address

All,

Any thoughts on the possibility of using an address for a long-term AirBnB location as our in-country address for a long-stay visitor visa application (when they restart processing applications, of course)? The AirBnB we found says that they can only officially book 3 months at a time.
