Questions concerning Carte de Sejour

Bonjour Forum. We have several questions concerning our move to France and obtaining a Carte de Sejour. My wife is an EU Citizen with a Belgium passport, and I am a US Citizen with a US passport. We have been officially married for over 10 years now with marriage license to prove. We have in 2022 purchased a house in France in both of our names and it's completely paid for. On our arrival in France and in our house before the 90-day period to file the paperwork for my Carte de Sejour we will have a full year of medical health insurance paid for in full for myself, will my wife being she does not have to file for a Carte de Sejour have to purchase the years' worth of health Insurance also? I am retired and receive a SS monthly retirement check which will be deposited directly into a French bank account. My wife is not retired yet but will try to find work until her retirement at 62 which is two years away from now. Once retired she will also be receiving a US SS monthly retirement check with direct deposit to our French bank account. Will she have to prove her monthly income requirement as I will have to?? And lastly with bank savings showing at least 10,000 euros and house paid for and car paid for is that a sufficient enough savings to show when I go for my Carte de Sejour? We thank you for your replies.
