Western Food in Punjab

My wife & I will be spending some time in Punjab early next year.

Although we eat Indian food, we would like to know where we could purchase western style foods in Punjab (mainly in Chandigargh).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

In some five-star hotels you may get Western food of the taste and quality which you are used from home.
In general, Indian food is adviseable.
Many Indians are vegetarians of different degrees and kinds (there is disagreement about eggs, milk, onions, garlic,... and if and how 'veg' they are, and much more...) and in general the chefs know how to prepare good vegetarian food. With Western food requested less often, many smaller or rural places won't have much experience making it. Supply of the needed raw materials for Western food may also be more of an challange for smaller or rural places where such requests are rarely put forward by customers.
Make sure to adhere to local customs and regulations with your food order, too, for in some places beef is banned, some Muslims frown upon pork,.... chicken and fish are usually permitted, as is goat meat.
In short: either go to five-star places or stick with Indian food. There is lots of good Indian food and it is worth exploring it.
