Spent a fair bit of time searching on both these topics, if anyone has guidance would be grateful.

First question, are ISA's available in Ireland ?

Second, is it possible to carry over capital losses ?

Thanks,

Why would you think a public forum would have answers to complex tax situations ? You need to consult a tax accountant.

Hi , in answer to your question on ISA's they do not exist in Ireland although similar schemes have been in place in the past. If you have existing ISA's in the UK but now live in Ireland, you can keep those ISA's until they mature and still get the beneficial UK tax treatment. If you are living in Ireland , though, you cannot make any further contributions to your UK ISAs.

Not sure of your question regarding capital losses as it doesnt really go into detail as to what they are on, if you would like further info, I may be able to help but suggest maybe doing so by email. I hope this helps
