Looking for Apartment in Negril

Post New Topic

Hello,

I'm looking for a long term rental in Negril. Looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment reasonably priced, preferably on the beach road. I've looked at some airbnb rentals but most are pretty pricey for monthly rates. I've called Sea Breeze Apartments and Palm Grove Manor but they don't have anything. Just thought I would put it out there if anyone had any other suggestions or apartments they were familiar with ....

Thanks!
Nicole

Hi... I am also looking for a place to live in Negril. I will be keeping my home in the US so I can't afford to pay too much for a place in Negrl. I have searched the web but cannot find anything. Please help! Thank you!

Yes, but I was trying to find something more on the beach road. But I haven't been having much luck so I might contact the place you suggested. Thank you!

I am renting an apartment at point village . The landlord does have other properties in that facility I believe. It's nice there. Gated , on the beach side of the road .. Booby cay island is directly across from it. Nice amenities and next to the Royalton and hedonism. Let me know if you want the contact info you can email me directly.

Dreamcjam, you would have to be there on foot talking to people, to find places. Beach road, why? It ain't paradise.

I prefer beach road because it's what I'm used to and I like the easy walkability to beach, food, stores. If I had a car then it would be different. But as of now I don't have a car there.

Don't need a car in Negril. The place I sent you info, there is a nice, small beach about 600 feet away, also restaurants, bars, little shops. There are two grocery stores (next to each other) and other amenities less than a mile away.

A couple drivers park at the store, you can use them to get a private ride back to the apartment for a few dollars. Get their number and then you can call for pickups too.

Also route taxis are available. But I got to liking the convenience of the private driver and ended up using him more than route taxis.

Hetllo why Negril it aint paradise anymore. I used to live in Negril untill I got bored of it. Now I live in a 2 Level home in a town call Sandy Bay and when I want I taxi down to Negril for the day. I heave a private partly furnishes suite I could rent to you for $450.00 USA plus electricity and water split. I am Canadian/Jamaican. The suite overlooks the sea. Negril is very expensive and the landlords there lock off water/light whatever they choose.

Hello,

Please, let me know the exact location of the apartment and how many bedrooms it has.

Also, what is the water/electricity situation ? Are you saying that water and electricity gets shut down in this apartment ?

Thank you,
M
