hi ...older single female wondered if anyone is planning on going to mexico in the next month or so ....would like to caravan with singles or couples....as this is my first trip down there and would appreciate the safety and company that travelling together would provide. leaving from montana. thanks ..paula

hi ...just arrived in mazatlan from montana ...by travel trailer. could anyone please comment on the cuato 15 from here to tepic and then on to lake chapala.....specifically i would like to know if i will be ok pulling my 26 foot TT up the mountains i am reading about or should i take it down a bit further and go up by colomi way? just want to hear from someone who knows...that i will be safe. i have a GMC 2002 8.1 liter 2500 truck....thank you so much......hope to meet some of you soon. paula

You should have no difficulty with the mountain section of 15D, the 'cuota' from Mazatlan to Guadalajara, via Tepic. Just keep an eye on your temperature guage in the steep uphill stretches and shift down on the downhills to save burning your brakes.
