inline Internet translation question

While using Internet Explorer on the Windows Vista operating system, when my cursor is hovering over a word, a tiny window appears that translates the word for me...but from English to Spanish (something I don´t need when reading an article in English). When I am reading an article in Spanish, the same little window appears, but it does not translate from Spanish to English.

The image that appears in the little window is of a magnifying glass over the letter A in paper. I do not know from what application this little translation window comes. How frustrating! Can someone tell me how to change the to/from languages for translation, or at least tell me the name of the application that is doing this? I´ve already tried right-clicking and looking at my add-ons, but I did not find anything that will help me.

I finally figured out that it was Google Toolbar doing this. Unfortunately, at this time, there is no option for inline translation from Spanish to English.
