Hi, I'm planning on moving to Playa del Carmen. And looking forward to meeting other EsPats living there. What I need to know is how you are enjoying the area and if you are renting out your home, how is that going? Many clients? What are you charging, etc.? thank you mariasusana

Hi Maria Susana,
The increasing number of expats in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya is a clear indicator of how easy, fun, less expensive, and great it is to live in Playa del Carmen.

If you want to have more specific information on the rental prices of a specific area send me a message and I will be happy to help you check topmexicorealestate.com for videos, e books and blogs with a wealth of information about life in Playa del Carmen and in Mexico in general.
