Condos & Banking

I'm looking to open a U.S. bank account in which I can have the taxes and maintenance fees, etc. paid out in Mexico ?

At issue is one of the Condo owners has passed. They were the only owners that lived there full time. They managed everything for the Condo owners. Now, none of the Condo owners live in Mexico and fees are coming due. We are listing our house and once sold will live full time in Mexico, where we'll be more than happy to take over management, but until then ?

Has anyone else experienced this before and what remedy would you suggest ?

Do you have a condo administrator or a legal regime?

Administrator still in place and she will stay until we move so that's taken care of.
Have purchased book concerning Jalisco Condo laws and have ask Realtor for copy of Condo by-laws or rules.

UI would also see if there is a MASTER TRUST. And do any owners that have the unit paid off in FULL actually have a Bank Trust.

What name is the Propety tax in ??
