physical therapy and fiber internet in Mexico. Recommendations or advice?

Hi friends!

I am living with very bad back pain, and I am basically making my last stand before opioids and spine surgery. ??

My insurance only covers 25% of what I need in the USA but I could afford 3 sessions a week 1on1 in Mexico out of pocket thanks to the cheaper rates (one 55min 1on1 PT session is $125 here).

My wife and I are both working remotely so we could do it from anywhere as long as the time zone is the same as the USA and we have great internet for zoom meetings.

I would be looking for a one year relocation. I speak fluent Spanish and the most important things are access to quality physical therapy (no small towns) internet and safety. Mexican food being delish is just a bonus.

Any advice or recommendations would be most welcome. I am in the research and decision phase now and no actions have been taken.

A 1 hour PT session is not $125.00 pesos but $300.00 to $400.00 pesos by a licenced PT.

Ajijic/Chapala. Two fiber optic internet providers (even the one that's not is giving us 15 mbps so plenty for Zoom) and physical therapists as well as many other practitioners. PT session is 800 pesos ($40). Let me know if you need more info.
