consulate appointments

I've been trying to get a consulate appointment for weeks now with no luck.
I've tried the Mi Consulado number with no luck, called individual consulates, emailed lots of places without any sucess.

I've used visa expediters in the past for other countries, but can't find one that will help with Mexican TR or PR.

Does anyone know of a visa service that handles them?

My experience with Mx consulates, albeit in Canada, is that they don't do appt's every day of the month. When they're no accepting app'ts no one on the phone lines know anything more than that. And the online process just stops at page 2 with no explanation.
When they open up a few weeks of app'ts it will show up in the Mi Consulado phone calls and online. All of a sudden the call centre people can make appointments and the online process opens up to a calendar that you can choose your time and day.

I phoned and checked the web process every day for 3 weeks and nothing. No one knew anything and no one offered any explanation. I thought I was hooped.
Then Boom! Everything opened up for a 3 week window. I got my app't and know here I am in country.

Best advice Dave is more patience, less raving. Good luck.

I had the same problem— unable to get anyone in the 7 consulates I tried to answer the phone and 5 never responded to emails. But Las Vegas answered my Friday night email on Monday morning and Phoenix a week later. My appt at the consulate in Phoenix is this afternoon and am hoping to fly home this evening with a sticker in my passport.

Well first, it is September. NOTHING get's done the month of September!!

I am in the State of Queretaro. When I have a needd for the consulate I use the one in San Miguel de Allende.
I start with email. It might take 2 or 3 days for them to get back to you....and then since Covid everything is by appointment only. So it might take 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment.
When you go, make SURE you have 3 or 4 copies of all yourr paperwork ready to go.
The consulate office is located up on top of the hill in Liverpool shopping center. ASK once you get there as you will miss it! And be PROMPT for your appointment time! I usually get there at least 30 minutes ahead of time, sometimes even an hour and que up.

I'm going to add to this. If you have needs try to get hold of the Consulate asap for Nov. and Dec. And be aware December is alot like September! Nothing gets done!

Thanks for the answers everyone. After weeks of trying, we got appointments in Chicago next week.

A woman at the consulate in Boston told me to use the Mi Consulado phone number, but do it on Wednesday mornings when appointments are released.

It worked. Have your information at hand because they go fast.
