Hi. I'm from the UK and married a US citizen Oct 2002, we would like to move to the British Virgin Islands. Can we? What do we need to do? and What paperwork is involved? Thanx in advance.

In order for your spouse to move with you to any part of the UK, an entry clearance visa must be obtained. Under an entry clearance visa, your spouse will be allowed to take and change employment. It is granted for an initial 12 month period, and then an extension must be applied for at the end of this time.

I am an immigration consultant and would be happy to discuss this process with you in greater detail. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

I look forward to talking with you.

Sincerely,

Shanna
