potential move from nyc to london

hello, i am considering an internal move to london, but am not completely sure on how to approach the "total package" question. i've spoken with the head of hr already (have a good relationship with her), and she wants to know what i'm expecting in terms of a package. i've read a lot of the posts here and have put together a preliminary list, but would appreciate any and all advice in terms of what level of salary requirement, and whether its better to have the salary in GBP or dollars (i think gbp...), how much cola, relocation assistance, phone assistance, etc. to ask for. i have 3 years work experience in new york city, would be moving single, no pets. many thanks in advance!

1. Salary
2. cola
3. relocation
4. taxes - need some help here in understanding us/uk taxes, council taxes, etc.
5. housing allowance
6. paid home visits
7. paid time off
8. repatriation package
