Should I move to US or UK or Australia?

Good day.

I'm 30years old working in a MNC as Network Security Engineer in Bangalore. I'll get married this year. I want to live abroad for sometimes(dont know how long). I selected Australia PR route as its easier to get citizenship. Also switching job is easier without requiring separate visa.

My company is offering me L1B visa to US or Tier-2 intracompany transfer UK visa. Monetary benefit have not yet been disclosed. I couldnt take decision and need you advise.

Following are my thoughts.

1. Australia - PR, can switch jobs, can get citizenship. Education, medical is free. Dont know how easy is to switch jobs and the salary attached. People say lifestyle good but dont know it is comparable with other 2.

2. UK - Tier 2 to PR is not possible. Switching jobs is not possible. Advantage is close proximity to Europe.

3. US - 5year L1 visa. L1B to Greencard has long wait time and unsure. Switching jobs is not possible unless there is H1B sponsor.

I dont know salary and savings for all 3 countries for my profile. Some say goto US or UK for 2 to 3years then move to Australia as PR option is always there but going to US or UK later is not possible. Some say dont waste time, goto Australia, switch jobs after 2 or 3years then you will get good package and better lifestyle.

I dont know what should i do.
