Virtual SIM Number

Hi Everyone.
I am Polish, currently living in Australia and I am thinking of going back to Europe for a while.
My only issue with this move is that I don't know if I will come back to Australia, but I still need an Australian phone number for my PayPal account, bank accounts etc for verification code purposes.
My question is this: Does anyone know a Virtual Phone Number provider that I can contact, who can supply me with both a Polish and an Australian Virtual Phone Number which I would be able to use to get verification codes from banks or even apps like WhatsApp?
Thank you very much!
