Where to study fine art Graphic Design or Music THeory in Europe?

Does anyone have any GOOD and sound Information about the areas of education mentioned in my topic. I understand that there are vocational and technical training schools in Europe Fine art -painting and drawing.
Graphic Design or Illustration. And is Music Theory taught in Tech schools or 4 year Universities ? would there be any resource to look up online ? and is there a source for Apprenticeships under these educational topics?
