As i am tax resident in ireland but still have a home on england, i need to make an english will to cover the uk property .
Can i do it online from ireland?

It is possible to create a will online from Ireland that covers property in England, however it's important to take into consideration the legal requirements and laws of each country.

I'm not a lawyer but based on a bit of research it seems that In England and Wales, wills must be in writing and signed by the testator (the person making the will) in the presence of two witnesses, who must also sign the will. The will must also be made voluntarily and with testamentary capacity, meaning that the testator must understand the nature and effect of the will and must not be under duress or undue influence.

In this instance, it is highly recommended that you seek legal advice from a lawyer who is familiar with the laws of both Ireland and England to ensure that your will is valid and covers all of your assets. Obviously, the purpose of a will is to settle matters with absolute clarity once we are gone, and an online service may not be the best option when you are dealing with the laws of multiple countries.
