Hi,
Looking to move overseas to somewhere friendly to us but there are not many americans.
beachy, mountainy, somewhere I can see the water, yet have chickens and maybe some other animals?

Albania? The whole Balkan coast is said to be lovely and accessible to expats. I think you'd find it difficult to work in real estate anywhere else, especially if you don't have the local language.

Check out Florianópolis in Brazil, it's beautiful, lakes and beaches. The island is very varied, there are some really peaceful neighbourhoods and other areas with more going on. Internationally it has yet to really be discovered, It's in Brazil best state in terms of infrastructure, climate, beauty etc. People are very friendly and it's very safe.
