Thinking of moving to Norway

Hello and thanks for this helpful forum.

I am thinking of coming in Norway to work and stay for 6 months or longer (haven't decided on that yet).

I have a Bachelor in statistics and actuarial, with no prior experience and I am doing the past 6 months, some internet marketing and social media as a freelancer.

I am speaking perfect English and some German, but not Norwegian.

I am from Greece, EU country, if this has any impact...

I would like to ask you the following:

1) is there a chance to get a job on one of the above fields or at worst at a supermarket or something like that? Could I prepare for a job before coming in Norway?

2) Do I need to learn norwegian before I search for a job? If so, does it take long? I am generally good with languages.

3) are the living costs pretty high for an internship or a job at a supermarket or something like that? Do the living costs vary greatly from Oslo, to other cities?

I would be really grateful if you could lend me a hand. Thanks a lot in advance!
