El Valle - house prices

My wife and I were in Panama last week and visited a number of communities. We enjoyed our visit and we really liked El Valle. We saw a street with some lovely homes (large lots and nicely landscaped). The street (didn't see a street name) has a restaurant called Pinocchio. Does anyone (Mark), know what the price of a house on that street would be, roughly speaking?
