Hello. Do non-vaccinated Panama residents have to quarantine upon arriving in PC or can they do that at their home?

Thanks

Thank you "Callron" for your response and information. That's what I thought but I just wanted to make sure (for a friend coming back from the US).

Speaking of visiting Panama without vaccination, I also have a question.

I noticed that you're required to fill out an affidavit of passenger health form.

https://www.panamadigital.gob.pa/RegistroPacoViajero.

If you "reside" in a high risk country (United States/UK for example), but you arrive in Panama after spending 15+ days in a low risk country, (Mexico/Carribean etc.) and test negative in the low risk country within 72 hours of arrival in Panama, would you still be forced into the hotel quarantine or be exempted?
