PRA renewal ID card. My ID card expired October 12-2019. To renew the card for another 3 years I completed all necessary paperwork. Paid my fee of pesos 1650 to SRRV Land bank account. October 5-2019 I sent all papers with LBC to PRA Head Office Citibank Tower Makati. PRA did not respond receiving papers. Tried to contact PRA by phone. Wrong number. Sent Email to [email protected] & [email protected] No answer!! I really got fed-up. November 3-2019 I contacted http://www.foreign-assistance-center.com FAC is accredited by the Bureau of Immigration and Philippines Retirement Authority. Within 3 days I received FAC E-mail with copies of all documents requesting: Please send us ASAP your LBC Branch, where we can send your New ID. What SRRV-PRA could not accomplish during one month the Foreign Assistance Center solved my problems within 3 days. Chapeaux!! When you need any help I will recommend FAC. Greetings to all.

That is good information Dutchman. I never heard of that organization. It is nice to know. Did you try to renew from overseas or a province? Where do you live. I am curious why you didn't just go to a local PRA office (if there is a local office). I am in Baguio and luckily they have an office locally.

@BBAZOR. Living in Camarines Norte Labo. Ten hrs. by bus from Manila. Three hrs. by bus from Naga. Naga has Immigration office only. This is the 3rd. or 4th. time for my ID renewal. All renewals without any problems except this time. Living tucked away in the country. Birds are my neighbors. Greetings to all.

Dutchmen: Got it. At least you were finally able to renew it. Sounds like you are happy with your life there. That's great. I heard that there are NPA problems in that area. Is that true?
