HELP!!! I-134, Declaration of Financial Support

Hello folks, I visited my Filipina GF in February this year after the Philippines started allowing tourism. We've talked and video chatted via Whatsapp and Messenger daily (usually twice a day) for almost 2 1/2 years. She's 56 and I'm 62. I stayed with her and her 17yo son for 49 days. Most of them in her two-story apartment in Antipolo. We also toured around the Philippines. She's widowed W/CENOMAR, Her husband was Active-Duty Philippine Army at the time of his death.
I would love to bring her to the US on a Non-Immigrant Visa to visit. She is employed, but very flexible for time off. She owns a home in Laguna. She receives a pension from the Philippine Govt. due to her husbands military status at the time of his death. Still though, she's not wealthy.
She was scheduled for the Non-Immigrant Visa interview in Oct 2023. Fortunately, two weeks ago they changed it to Jan 3, 2023. She did have a US Visa over 10 years ago while working as a nanny in Hong Kong. Her employer brought her along to take care of their child while their family visited Hawaii.
What in tarnation do I have to submit to the Govt (USCIS) to prove I can support her visit here!!! I own my home in a suburb of Dallas TX. I own several automobiles. I have money in a couple banks, I receive a servce-connected disability pension from the VA. I'll start receiving my Social Security in December this year.
I've written the "Letter of Invitation". Now comes the I-134, "Declaration of Financial Support". They don't want our government to have to support her in any possible way! I understand that reasoning. I won't have any problem supporting her during the visit. This includes the round-trip airfare. You should take a look at the questions on this form. For her interview: Do I need to send her a notarized title to my home? The titles to my vehicles? Notarized bank account summaries. etc...?
I would like her to pass this interview the first time, and not be lacking some paperwork that would prolong this application. I feel like this is very invasive into my personal life and not all of this information is needed. I've never applied to sponsor anyone before, but I understand the responsibilities, and liabilities when sponsoring someone to VISIT me in the USA. Again, they say they don't want our government to have to support her in any possible way! Sure, we've joked about her going to Mexico and coming in that way. It's funny but it's not! Does anyone have any experience with this matter? Thanks Dan
