Part time Engineering -Degree attestation

I have done my Part time BE (3.5 years ,mechanical) , in REC , Trichy (under Bharathidasan University ) 2003 . Now I got an offer from an Engneering company from Saudi Arabia . Expecting my original offer with coc and mofa by next week . I have just done HRD for my Degree certificate . One attestation agency told me today that nowadays Part time BE not attested by KSA embassy recent rules. I have to proceed with my Diploma (Mechanical) certificate. Other agency informed me I can proceed with my degree certificate .
