I am an american living in London looking for my options in Gothenburg

I would like to find a 2 bedroom apartment once my visa comes through, but i also need swedish authorities to help me. Does anyone have experience with this?

Also, if someone knows of a place where people who commute to gothenburg can meet up? ideally i could share an apartment with someone who comes to town during the weeks and leaves on weekends.

if there is someone in sweden who speaks reasonable english who can help me with basic things like arranging for services, helping to find an apartment, going to pay my bill at the storage place, i would greatly appreciate it and PAY YOU.. I basically need some eyes/ears in Gothenburg during the week to do some errands and can pay for your time.
