Subletting flat in Zurich (Nov-Jan)

Temporary accommodation in Zürich from November 22, 2018 - January 14, 2019 (possibly longer upon agreement)

I will be travelling from November 22nd to January 14 and would like to sublet my flat. Shorter stays within the given period will be considered.

It’s a lovely 2.5 flat located in the old part of Zurich Seebach, in a quiet side street (20 km/h zone), in a very green area, near the creek ‘Chatzebach’. You can cycle or walk to the beautiful ‘Chatzensee’, also ideal for jogging. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop (75/ N6) and 7 minutes to the tram station (14)/ bus stop (75, 768). 20 min. ride to Zurich main station, 10 min. to the airport.

The flat is bright and nicely furnished and features a modern open style kitchen with a dishwasher, a generous living/ dining area with an office corner, a comfortable bedroom, as well as a modern bathroom with a tub and a window. In addition there is a nice balcony facing west with lovely country views. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils.

The laundry room is equipped with two washing machines, two tumble dryers and two rooms to hang your clothes. There is no schedule and washing is very flexible, payment with a pre-loaded card.

There is no private parking, however, there are blue zone parking spots nearby as well as a visitor's parking (4 spots).

Single occupant preferred, no families. Pets are not allowed. Non-smokers only.

Monthly rent: CHF 1650.00 per month (including electricity, water, internet etc.)

Deposit: upon agreement

Please message me for more details, pictures and for viewings.
