Website to transfer hotel booking

Hello, I've booked a resort in Ko samet for my family but something came up to one of them so need to rearrange the schedule.
And I booked with a promotion price in Agoda which means no change. So I want to transfer it to whom find an accommodation in good price.

So here's a question, where can I post this kind of thing?
I checked forums for the expat in Thai to post it but they said it's not for that.

Please help me. It's not small money to just give up.

This is not going to be easy... Your best attempt might be to contact the hotel and tell them you will release the room for them to re-rent and maybe offer them 50% off the price you paid for a refund... that way, they can profit and you will at least get something... which is better than nothing. Sorry for your loss.

Selling privately will be difficult too - nobody wants to go on vacation with a possibility that the hotel will not accept the change.
