My dad was a TT citizen he passed away thia year. I have inherited his home etc. What Is the steps I need to take to make a permanenent move to TT?? Someone help Thank You.... I am a Pharmacy Technician in US

I second the other person's opinion about getting advice from an attorney who specializes in these matters. I can put you on that path if you wish. I work at a law firm here. Are you a TT citizen by chance?

If you have never lived in Trinidad before, I suggest that you try it for two months before committing yourself to being there permanently.

Hey thanks but I was there already with my dad while he was sick since 12/2017 to 5/2018 everything was good we have a home and car. Money was never a problem.

ok cool. Well...what can happen is this (my brother-in-law is an immigration officer so i enquired)...

you can start the process in NY by visiting one of our embassies/consulates there.

if your father's name is on your birth certificate, you're a citizen by descent; you will just need to provide documents like - his last passport - whether US or TT; his birth/death certificate which shows the correct spelling of his name; the embassy there can give you further details. hope that helps a bit
