l have been living in Antalya on and off for the past 14 years and now wish to sell for health and personal reasons ,
the apartment is in' may be' the best area in Antalya (Dadaman Area) but not expensive , short walk to the sea , 24hrs excellent bus services , direct bus services to the airport , 3+1 with 2 bathrooms, 165m ,on two floors, garden level, very secure,Vgood Neighbourhood & helpful Neighbours,parking -good price

Hi it could be of interest , could you please reply to the following :
1-ls there parking at the building ?
2-How many apartments in the
building?
3-The other apartments are they
rented out or lived in by owners?
4-How much is the service charges?
5-Give information about shops in the
area and how far from the sea ?

Hi and Thanks for your questions, my answers as follows
1- Within the building there is a private car park , as well as free parking On the road outside.
2- There are ten Apartments, two apartment to each floor
Grd, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th, also there is a lift. Unusual for small buildings.
3- 7 owners and 3 Rental , by the way the man who build the building
And it’s named after him, two of his sons own two apartments and
the Grandson is moving in with his new wife.
4- The monthly service charge (Aydat) is 50TL per month
5- There are all the known grocery shops within 2-6 minutes’ walk
Like BIM, Migroes,A101,etc also there is a local street market not far away, plus on the high St about 5 minutes walk there are the Many cafés
( Local and starbucks etc ) also M&S.
There are at least two places open to
To go to the sea is about 5-6 minutes away there are i think two beaches for the public to swim and they
Can hire Umbrella etc. Run by the municipality( no cost or v low price ) as well as Major Hotels in the area that one may join to use their facilities
