hello, everybody.
My name is HELEN.
I am moving to turkey with my family, therefore have some inquiries.
first, which turkey's city is more affordable in the terms of accommodation and cost of living.
second, I am looking for an apartment with one bedroom, clean, furnished and the affordable tent maximum 1000 lire.
plus, could you give me some information about studios/suits rent?
third, i extremely love to master the Turkish language.
I was wondering where foreigners can learn the Turkish language ( please introduce to me some accredited institute and are these institutes free of charge to teach the Turkish language to foreigners or they will charge )
looking forward to your help
cheers

Hi Helen
I am British living on and off in Antalya
1- Turkey is a a very large country
I can tell you about Antalya, safe and nice with international airport , sea etc
2-750-800TL pm you can get a nice 1 bed apartment( furnished ) in nice area , unfurnished is cheaper ,
I own a 3 beds apartment in very nice area is for sale but not rent.
3-Try Tomer school part of Ankara university for teaching Turkish , it is not free about 400Tl pm ,5 days a week intensive, there is a free school also in Antalya run by the council
enjoy Turkey

Hi Kadir,

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate your kind willingness to help. Actually, I’m planning to move to live and find a new job in Istanbul Turkey, I’m currently working as Admin, Project Coordinator, IT and Finance Support in a construction/Interior Decoration Company here at Dubai, UAE. I still thinking how things will work and seeking for information on how to live and find a new job in Turkey as it’s quite difficult for me to move quickly and still have doubt if I will going to continue to go there as I don’t have any relatives or friends living in Turkey but I really really want to go there, hopefully you can guide and help me through this things. Thanks for advance. - Michelle
