Back from Egypt

Egypt was ok. There was virtually nobody there which was good for us. Since the plane crash in November and russsia and Britain not flying to the Sinai anymore, some resorts have closed. Everything can be bought dirt cheap now. My wife was hussling these people right and left. We got a scuba trip for 3 people on 2 reefs and wreck all day plus 2 meals and parasailing for $135.00 usd. Security and police on the southern tip of the Sinai where we were is very tight. They do not want something to happen to a tourist. There life blood depends on it. At the same time you can tell that these people hate americans. They take your money with a smile but you can see in there eyes the hatred. All the Egyptians there spoke English and russian. My wife told me to say I was British. She was worried about me. But I couldn't bring myself to it. I said I was american with my head up ans chest out. It seems many Egyptian girls have never seen a blond woman in person. Everywhere we went these girls wanted photos with my wife. She loved the attention and would specifically dress up just for it. Ukrainian girls are always ready for a photo opportunity. Ha ha.
I never had to pay the surcharge for being american. When we got to the resort I just stood back ans let my wife check us in.
