Looking for entrepreneurial Business Partner

Hi my names frankie and I plan on moving to Ho Chi Minh in a month or so from southern Cambodia. I felt like i wanted to try my hand at a huge bustling city and Saigon ticks a few boxes. I'm from Germany originally but lived in Ireland for 10 years, Australia for 3 and Cambodia for 3, I'm about 30 :).

Ive been setting up and working in cafe's for about 7 years, and had my own cafe here in Cambodia for about a year,

I'm really not looking for much, a gap in a lane or a garage/front room/market stall/that you cant even sit in but has a nice location, or somebody who would like to open a cafe who might not have the machine or the abilities, but the property and the cash flow (not that selling espresso costs much, the markup can be around 400% in some countries)

Ive been making coffee as a barista since about 2000, I have trained and trained with 3 WBC champions and the heads of the European and American Specialty Coffee Associations and the Coffee Board of America.

I come with my own single group Astoria espresso machine (worth about $3000) and almost 15 years professional experience at a very high quality level, I'm selling my mini Super Jolly grinder to fund the move (worth about $800).
About Me; I'm fairly easy going if not a little strict on how I adhere to my rules for running a cafe, and thats because I run the machine and for everything to run smoothly everything has to have its place, its better not to mess with what works. That said I currently own and run a barefoot espresso bar called S*** Coffee Otres (this site wont let me post the cafe name because its got a banned word in the title, but if you can replace the stars with HIT you will be able to find me on Facebook) or in a dive bar in an expat beach village in one of the poorest countries in the world.

If any of this sounds interesting or you might know someone thats a coffee nut with a cool location please let them and me know. If anybody here can shed some advice or information to help my efforts please reply, thanks in advance
