Family moving to Florianopolis

Hello everyone, we are hoping to move to Florianopolis in about 4-5 years due to Brexit and to have a slower and healthier lifestyle. We are a Brazilian/English family and would like our children to study in a Bilingual/International school as they have never studied in Portuguese. Could someone let us know what options there are in Florianopolis for a bilingual education and the best neighbourhoods to live in that are relatively safe and offer a calmer lifestyle? We love nature, prefer vegetarian food and are an active family. We prefer to be away from the crowds and noise. Looking forward to hearing from someone. Thank you! Rosa
