looking for a space to rent for...

my martial arts school/self defense class. My class is growing and will outgrow the space being provided for me by KIMEP. I'm looking for a space that is somewhere around 200 square meters or more. Something like a basement or warehouse type space would be great, but it needs to be ventilated and hopefully have a little heat for the winter time. I would like to be able to access it during all hours of the day, because I would like to expand to teaching martial art courses six days per week. I would like to be able to hang boxing bags and other training equipment and of course would like for it to be secure so I can leave and store equipment there during non working hours without fear of burglary. Last request, that it be in the $1000 or less per month range. Anybody know of any space that might work?
