Hi all,

I am Jeff and my wife is Cindy. We are 9 to 10 years from retiring and have pretty much decided to retire outside of CONUS. Right now our first choice would be Panama and that is where we are going to focus for now. I am a retired Marine we lived in Japan for 3.5 years while I was still in. I look forward to hearing what you all have to say about your experiences, both the pros and the cons.
