Does anyone have an experience with taking the PCR test in MGA? I'm hoping to go home to PTY after being gone for 7 months but of course I need the negative result to fly.
Thanks,
Paddy

Hello
I can speak only about our experience and hope it helps. Our Covid test was taken 72 hours before arriving to Honduras on our way to Nicaragua. The test was PCR, not a rapid test, a nasal swab up both nostrils. Results were emailed and we printed. Test was checked and accepted in Houston and then again in Tegucigalpa airport. It was NOT accepted at Nicaraguan border. Doctors there said it had to have PCR RT (real time) a stamp from lab with a signature. Ours only had lab logo at top and initials at bottom. We could not convince the border doctors that a stamp with signature was not the protocol in Oregon state. Good luck and let us all know how it goes for you.
