What do I need to know before moving to Saltillo?
When we asked people what advice they would give someone preparing to move to Saltillo, they said:
"Saltillo is a great place to live with friendly locals, a mild climate, and beautiful surroundings. Before moving, expats should make sure they know the language, as most locals speak Spanish, and brush up on the culture - traditional outfits, cuisine, and customs. Being prepared for the language barrier and culture shock will help make the transition smoother. Understanding the safety measures in place, like registering with a police station and learning emergency numbers, is important to stay safe in the city.
