A nice one bedroom apartment in Barcelona can cost anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000 per month, while a nice two bedroom apartment can cost anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 per month. The cost of dinner at a moderately priced restaurant in Barcelona can range from $15 to $30 per person.

"The cost of living in Barcelona is generally considered to be quite high compared to other cities in Spain. Rent prices are particularly high, with the average one-bedroom apartment costing around €800-€1,000 per month. Groceries and other everyday items are also more expensive than in other parts of the country. Eating out can be quite expensive, with a meal for two in a mid-range restaurant costing around €50. Public transportation is relatively affordable, with a single ticket costing €2.20," remarked one in Barcelona.
