Summary: The cost of living in Dubai, UAE is generally high, especially for expats. A nice 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai can cost anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 per month, while a nice 2 bedroom apartment can cost anywhere from $2,500 to $5,000 per month. The cost of dinner at a moderately priced restaurant in Dubai can range from $20 to $50 per person.

"The cost of living in Dubai is generally high, with rent and food being the two biggest expenses. Accommodation in Dubai can range from basic apartments to luxurious villas, and prices vary depending on the area and quality of the property. Food is also expensive, with imported items costing more than local produce. Transportation is relatively inexpensive, with public transport being the most cost-effective option. Other costs such as entertainment, clothing, and utilities can also be expensive," said one person in Dubai.
