"The cost of living in Kinsale, is considered to be relatively high compared to other parts of Ireland. This is largely due to its popularity as a tourist destination and its proximity to Cork city. Housing is the biggest expense, with rental and property prices being quite high. The cost of groceries and dining out is also above average, although this can vary depending on where you shop or eat. Utilities such as electricity, heating, and internet are also a significant part of the monthly budget. Transportation costs can be kept relatively low if you choose to walk or cycle, as Kinsale is a small town, but owning and maintaining a car can add to your expenses. Overall, while Kinsale offers a high quality of life, it comes with a higher price tag compared to other Irish towns," wrote a person living in Kinsale.
