Consider taking a childbirth preparation class to help you prepare for the birth. 3. Familiarize yourself with the maternity leave policies in Poland and plan ahead for any financial or logistical needs you may have during your leave. 4. Reach out to other expat parents in the area for advice and support. 5. Take advantage of the many baby-friendly activities and attractions in Warsaw, such as parks, museums, and playgrounds. 6. Make sure to take time for yourself and your partner to relax and enjoy the experience of becoming a parent," explained one expat living in Warsaw, Poland.
