Fourthly, it's worth noting that Portugal has a strong culture of breastfeeding, so you can expect a lot of support if you choose to breastfeed your baby. However, the choice is ultimately yours, and you should feel free to make the decision that's best for you and your baby. Fifthly, if you're planning to return to work after having your baby, start researching childcare options early. There are both public and private nurseries available, but spaces can fill up quickly.
