"Expatriates in Kelowna appreciate the city's laid-back atmosphere and the friendly locals. They also enjoy the abundance of outdoor activities, such as skiing, hiking, and biking, that the area has to offer. The city's vibrant arts and culture scene is another draw, with a variety of galleries, theatres, and music venues.
